Using or purchasing a PNA Gift Card signifies acceptance of our gift card terms and conditions below.

Activation and Usage

  • A PNA gift card cannot be used unless it has been activated by PNA and funds have been loaded onto it. Activation only occurs once payment for the gift card has been confirmed in-store or via the online gift voucher (virtual voucher) portal.
  • A PNA gift card can be used in any participating PNA store within the country of purchase.
  1. For in-store purchases, you must present either:
    • The physical gift card.
    • The virtual gift card with the barcode received via email on your cellphone
  1. At the point of purchase:
    • The cashier will scan the gift card number.
    • You will need to provide the PIN printed on the card or included in the virtual card details.
  • Purchases will be deducted from the balance on the gift card until the value reaches zero.

Refunds and Expiration

  • Any goods purchased using a gift card that require a refund will be refunded onto a new PNA gift card.
  • The value of the gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  • The value loaded onto the gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will be forfeited.

General Conditions

  • Treat your gift card like cash. PNA is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost or stolen gift cards.
  • You can check your gift card balance at any participating PNA store.
  • You may use more than one gift card in a single transaction if the combined balance covers the full purchase amount.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the holder.
  • No interest will accrue on the balance of any gift card.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, pay store accounts, or for any restricted goods or services as determined by PNA.

Additional Information

  • PNA is not responsible for technical problems that may prevent the activation, balance check, or usage of the gift card.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of a PNA gift card will result in the immediate cancellation of the card without compensation.
  • PNA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on the PNA website.
